Frequently asked.

What does the Lite plan actually do without AI?: Everything except the AI-powered parts. You get the submission pipeline, offer letters, I-9 / E-Verify / visa compliance workflows, onboarding and separation. JDs are entered manually. Matching is done by recruiters. It's still a meaningful upgrade over Excel + Outlook. It's the AI that you're skipping to save cost.
Is there a setup fee?: No. Provisioning, data import and mailbox connection are included. Training is included for admin + 2 recruiters.
How long is the contract?: Month-to-month on Lite, Starter, Growth. Scale is annual by default but we can structure quarterly on request.
Can I upgrade / downgrade?: Yes, any time. Prorated for the month. Downgrade takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Do seats include the consultant portal?: Yes. Consultant portal access (my-matches, my-skills, my-tax-forms, my-onboarding) is unlimited and doesn't count against seats, on every tier.
What happens if I exceed the seat / consultant cap?: We'll email the admin and suggest the upgrade. No feature gets locked immediately, you have 14 days to respond.
Is AI usage metered separately?: Phase 2. Current pricing includes generous AI usage for normal operations. If you process 1000+ JDs/month or run bulk re-matching, we'll discuss.
Do you offer a free trial?: We run a 20-min live demo on a sandboxed copy of your data. If you like it, 14-day paid pilot with money-back if you don't want to continue.
Where is my data stored?: DigitalOcean Managed Postgres in NYC3. PII encrypted with Fernet, at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type I in progress.
Can I export my data?: Yes. CSV export for every core entity (consultants, submissions, requirements, placements). API access on Scale.
