How long does onboarding take?
Most firms run their first real submission inside two weeks. Setup is one tenant, one mailbox, one consultant import. The first kickoff session is 45 minutes.
Where is our data stored?
All data is stored in US-based data centers, encrypted at rest and in transit. Every tenant is isolated by row-level security in addition to logical separation.
Do you replace our ATS?
Benchflo is the operations layer above the ATS. We connect to Greenhouse, Lever and others or run standalone if you do not have an ATS yet.
Can the AI fabricate experience on a resume?
No. The resume engine is configured to refuse hallucinations. It reorders, rewords and reformats the source resume only. Every change is diffed and reviewed.
What happens if a visa expiry alert is missed?
Alerts fire at 60, 30 and 7 days through email, in-app and Slack if connected. There is also an escalation path to the admin if an alert sits unread for 24 hours.
